We will refund or replace any item returned within 14 days of receipt, in new, unused condition (subject to our verification) and in the original packaging. The cost of postage for returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Customers returning items must first notify us of the return by contacting us by info@recruitzero and stating the reason for the return/exchange. Returned items must include your full contact details including your address, telephone number and email. Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as was used for purchase.
